| Travel Booking and Travel Confirmation |
Your travel booking and our written travel confirmation constitute the travel agreement, which is by means of post or by e-mail. The applicant also registers on behalf of all participants mentioned therein; the applicant is liable for his own contractual obligations as well as for the other participants, inasmuch as he has taken up a corresponding special obligation through their expressed and special laration. You are bound in principle for 10 days by your travel booking or travel enquiry, unless exceptionally the booking stipulates an immediate acceptance of the offer. In this case the period of commitment is shortened to four days. The written travel confirmation includes all the important specifications for travel e.g. type of accommodation, extra programmes and price. Discrepancies between the content of the travel confirmation and the travel booking should be notified immediately. Claims against such discrepancies are excluded if they have not been notified prior to the commencement of travel. |
