What do I do if there is a change in flight time? |
Answer: Arrival is allowed at any time of day but especially our holiday homes, luxury villas and apartments need to know when, as they may not have a reception or be manned all the time. We will inform them of your approximate arrival time, so let us know of any alterations.
If you have booked a hire car to pick up at the airport, check your flight arrival time with your car hire voucher to make sure they agree. Let us know if they do not match as the rental car agencies are particularly reliant on accurate flight arrival information.

Can I take my pet dog or cat with me? |
Answer: In theory some holiday homes/flats and luxury villas will allow this if the dog or cat weighs less than 5 kilos. However we must always ask the owners permission so please send us an e-mail enquiry with full details and we will do our best to obtain the answer quickly. Please remember that you are responsible for all documentation, inoculations, animal passes etc. which may be required.

Is there a house maid service for my holiday home/flat/studio/apartment or luxury villa? |
Answer: Cleaning, pool and linen services are included in the price for all our holiday homes/flats/apartments/studios and luxury villas. However, it is no problem if you want to change the bed linen and towels (towel set consists of one each bath towel and hand towel) more frequently than usual. You simply pay about 10 Euros locally per person for each extra change.
