The large plot of land (2,400 square metres) of this detached villa is enclosed by a natural stone wall. Absolute privacy is guaranteed. Shady olive trees offer protection from the sun for children at play. The quiet areas created in the garden using teak garden furniture ensure comfort and flair outside as well as in. There is a well kept lawn around the house and also a small herb garden with rosemary and wild oregano.

Large teak table and chairs for 10. Height of room approx. 2.8 metres. Light coloured tiles throughout. Highlight of the ground floor is the open passage from the kitchen/diner/living room to the outside patio. Hand built natural stone arches give the courtyard a unique ambience. Not only for breakfast with a view of the pool and the vineyards right down to the sea.
First Floor:1 bedroom (18m²) with double bed 180x200cm (one mattress), air conditioning, private bathroom with bath and balcony (1.3 x 4.5 metres) with fantastic unspoilt views of the countryside. The south westerly direction affords a view of the marvellous sunsets. The whole of the first floor is laid out with teak wooden flooring and furnished with modern mediterranean pine furniture.

Cleaning and linen change twice weekly. End of stay cleaning included. A cook can be booked for an evening meal if required. Massages can also be booked in house. Check out by 11.00, check in from 13.00. Guests who have a late return flight can use the Hotel Arion in Kolimbari.
