The Greek tavern 'Terpsis' specialises in the most traditional Cretan recipes derived from fresh ingredients and local spices, open from mid May to mid October.
Member of "Chaine des Rotissseurs", set in the beautiful gardens on the water's edge with its open air terrace. Guests can have their half Board meal at Terpsis restaurant but must advise the waiter upon arrival at the restaurant to avoid extra charges.

A sense of creativity
Since 1988 the hotel has played an active role in world art where the first Art Symposium was held, hosting artists and distinguished lecturers from Greece, Europe and the Americas displayed their works within the hotel and it's lavish environs. The Second Symposium posed works of art from the wider Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Spain and Turkey) with the theme "A new Mediterranean Cultural Identity". The third symposium portrayed "Art in Politics" and expressed an illustration of artistic inspiration of artists from Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Bulgaria. All the artist who lived through the years of artist oppression of their respective countries were able to expose their inspirations. The fourth Symposium was a pluralistic expression of Cypriot Artists called "Cyprion Plous" illustrating 9.000 years of tradition in art through culture and civilization through the ages combining the encounters of modern times. "Chilean Art travels to Crete" creating the fifth Art Symposium where well known Chilean artists that included sculptors, visual artists, photographers, theatrics and music creators offered an array of design and colour that exemplified Chilean culture and society.
